Koekelekoe-World Egg Day

Rating: 5.0

Noticing her eggs are stolen every day,
Told the cock furthermore she should lay,
"Koekelekoe", The African cock said,
"My fair lady, lovely maid.
Ready always, that's all I can say.'

Thanks for translating the 's words! ! ! i might have said it 'differently', but maybe he was more tactful than i would have been! that may be all he could SAY, but i bet he had in mind something he could DO! ! ! . so, THAT'S where the 'eggs come from'! ! ! we guys are always willing to 'do our share'. if i'd known the above story years ago, i might have hidden my baby daughter once in a while! ! nice, funny poem. bri ;) to MyPoemList.
