Koh-I-Noor-Unlucky Diamond

Koh-I-noor-Unlucky diamond
Monday,14th December 2020

How unfortunate I am?
even though precious, but with a terrible name
people know me about my fame
but certainly, an ill-luck to claim

I was one of the most adorable diamond
none could compare with me and stood second
It took me over by many kings
but there was only misfortune to bring

They fought great wars,
I was caught up with an attention
the "unfortunate" label was put on me
that really bothered, and I was not made free

Finally, I landed in the British Crown
and was made well known
the diamond was cut into three pieces
with the fear of not losing the peace

I am proving still difficult
whoever holds the diamond, it brings shame and insult
the British Empire really crumbled
and lost the mighty power label

Britishers may never part with
even though they have lost power and teeth
if they keep me longer
the bad lick may descend further
