Leaving Messages In Our Minds

Faces of loneliness haunt those left behind in atmospheres
of yesterday, always leaving messages in our minds, remind-
ers of days gone by when we were all together.
Nights are getting longer, days shorter than ever, not want-
ing to stay awake, wanting to sleep life away from now on
as memories keep repeating themselves.

Thoughtful. I understand " wanting to sleep life away from now on, as memories keep repeating themselves" but hope is much stronger and driving me that way. Hope it is the same for you.
