Let Not The Infant Cry Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Let Not The Infant Cry

Rating: 5.0

A-fter the twilight is gone,
N-ew dawn denies the night;
A-s the dusk disappears,
L-ight sets things aright.
Y-our birthday has come, cold chill leaves the day
N-o more mist and haze, as the fog fades away.

F-ourteenth February morn
A-ims to warm your heart;
J-oining the rising sun,
A-ssigned to make a fresh start.
R-eady to swing the hammock,
D-oing it under the sky;
O-ne cradle is carefully moved, let not the infant cry.
