Let Not The Love Grow Cold Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Let Not The Love Grow Cold

Rating: 5.0

J-ust let not the love grow cold,
E-ven if time is passing by;
A-llow it to rise as the sun,
N-ot weak but shining high.

D-on't let the love grow cold,
I-nstead let it stay strong;
A-llow it to remain healthy,
N-ot sick, not doing wrong.
N-ever let the love grow cold, nor let it get worn;
E-verlasting true love knows no thicket and thorn.

T-o let the love grow cold
A-llows one to break the chain;
L-et it instead stay intact
E-ven during torrential rain.
N-either silver nor chrome
T-ies the glittering gold;
O-ctober twenty-third morn, let not the love grow cold.
