The lethal disease came
And silently entered the innocent man's cell,
Slowly but steadily it spread everywhere in his inner realm,
One day he died.
It happened so rapidly,
Nobody could imagine,
The fatal disease stared at the dead man,
He seemed to laugh at him saying,
"You, human beings are so much insignificant at the end."

Nicely put forward. Though you have not mentioned it by name, it could well be cancer. The poem evokes dread. Thanks dear poet.
