Lies - Poem by Kim Hooten

I know you lied
I've felt the pain
I still don't see what you had to gain
You broke my trust
I don't know you
How can I ever know what you say is true?
I can't believe it
Never thought you'd do
Do you really love me? Or is that a lie too?
