Life becomes less

Life becomes less about living
And more about waiting for nothing
Spoken without an effort
Without the traces of different tones

Life becomes less enterprising
and later on surprising
what are we today?
where is my correct way?

does it become symbolic?
do we know the basic values?
has it served the purpose?
when we chose to go ahead

when I look back and assess
the gloom descends on the face
where are the original traces?
when I was feeling proud of the face and my human race!

I get no answer
but I am a firm believer
"Karma" that is my commitment towards the work
I need not look around for appropriate words

now I find it worthless
and fail to find moral traces
What the hell was I struggling for?
for the material gain and worthless inkling!

My anger subsides
and decides in favor
that I struggled and earned an honor
from the beloved brethren forever
