Life's Fairy Tale Poem by Sandra Feldman

Life's Fairy Tale

In this upside down world,
Once upon a day,
Love knocked at the door
But was not made to stay.
The unhappy participants,
Of a fairy tale gone bad,
Of a fairy tale gone sad,
Of Love the benefits
Did not want to try,
So saddened and beaten,
Love just went away,
Did not came back, on another day,
Hate and Deceit took its place,
Making us since then,
An inhuman race,
Not able to get along
Even in outer space.
