Light A Lamp Of Faith Poem by Sam Varghis

Light A Lamp Of Faith

Rating: 4.8

It is Night
Creepy dark
Deadly mute
Black and rude

It is a no moon day
Not auspicious
Demons, deadly snakes and
Evil force ramp and rock

Icy cold is the Breeze
Filthy stink and sick
Distressing noise
Owls and Wolfs howls

Fears, like bubbles from deep waters
Peep out to dismay, over and over
Endless circles of concerns
No light of promise

No moon or even ray of a winking star
Hopeless the sky cloudy black
But, trust Man live inside himself
Thou will change self and populace

Light a lamp of faith inside you, which
Illuminate you in and out
