Light Across The Blue Sea Poem by Louemile Escober

Light Across The Blue Sea

Rating: 5.0

As you wait for the light from heaven
The smoke from the mouthless children they spoke
With our time passing by the string that hold
Father hear your broken and hopeless son

Sitting silently on the frigid stone
Reading with crying waves blew by the sea
Stars to see floating in my dreams
Cold night winter bliss bite upon my feeble neck

Hour passing with every cold beat I made
With belief sinking by the voice
Voice of the endless growing sea
Sand in my hand I wish to comprehend

Letters I created for you to exist
No perfect words nor choice
Corpses from my mind rising from the grave
Beyond the eyes of dead vision

I waited for the seeds that keep me alive
Looking by the waters that full of glory
Afraid to lose my boundless hope
Hope that will never return in my heart
