Limerick-The Fighter Pilot-4
There was a fighter pilot all gung-ho
On his first bombing mission he did go
He was just about halfway
When a missile came his way
It’s rather sad but his flying days are o’er.

What an unfortunate mishap! Hope he escaped without being hit by the missile! Another interesting limerick!
