Little Bird!
Little bird! little bird!
Do thou know me?
I know thee,
Every day thou come to the nearby tree and sing beautifully,
I listen to thy sweet songs with rapt attention
And forget my sorrow and suffering,
Then I write and write day and night
With great ease and spontaneity.
