Lives And Destinies Destroyed Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Lives And Destinies Destroyed

Life changes and passes away, most of the time without
a single warning, their lives and destinies destroyed
in just moments of time.

Sacrificed for terrorist's dreams, thinking themselves
heroes to their countries, but to we Americans they are
the demons of evil.

Having no honor, no hearts or souls - how could they
when this cowardly act was done on the sly, nobody even
suspecting a thing.

Killed without ever even knowing why to this very day,
that they were killed for a terrorist's idea of killing
as many Americans as possible.
