Like the first shower of rains

Your voice filled in me

A blue thirst of longing

To inhale your fragrance

Off the air around me.


It was a call that echoed

Decades of painful moments

That separated you from me,

And in a moment or two,

It filled me up

with the same intensity

of you and your sweetness,

your melodious appeal

that repeled in those days

agonies and anguish off me.


Your call still,

keeps reverbating with

the same amplitude of love

and longing for being

with whole of me.
