Longing In The Zaohanjiang River - Poem by Luo Zhihai

★ Longing in the Zaohanjiang River

☆ Poetry by Meng Haoran (689-740, Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

The leaves fell and wild geese flew south
North wind blew and cold in the river
My family is by the wandering Xiangshui water
Overlook Chu in the clouds
Homesick tears ended during the journey
I see a sail in the far sky
Want to ask where is the ferry
Spreading shades of dusk and the sea boundless

◆ Chinese Text

★ 早寒江上有怀

☆ 孟浩然 诗

木落雁南渡
北风江上寒
我家襄水曲
遥隔楚云端
乡泪客中尽
孤帆天际看
迷津欲有问
平海夕漫漫
