In my tired dream,
I was lost in a desert,
Hot sand, no water.

Only three lines, but this Haiku has deeper meaning..People can be easily connected with it, particularly when we are too tired to face the realities.

This one really made me think of the story of the strong river. The river that went around and over the strongest of rocks, until it met with the desert and saw its water disappear in the sand. Desperately it turned to God: my God, how can I cross this desert. A voice from above: Look at the wind, the wind can cross the desert so easily. But I am water, not wind. Did you forget who carried you when before you became a strong river? The river understood and once again let its water evaporate and being carreid in the soft arms of the loving winds. The soft winds carried it over the dessert and then it rained out into a river, still much stronger than the original one. Wow, my friend, this Haiku was really thought provoking. All of us, on and off, meet the desert, sometimes in our dreams sometimes in our waking hours. If we meet the desert, It may be good to allow ourselves to be carried by loving winds. A super 10 for this wonderful Haiku
