Lost In Her Memories Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Lost In Her Memories

Rating: 5.0

Not lost in my own reveries,
I was lost in her memories,
And then a flash of lightning came,
Clear I read her resplendent name.
And a soft breeze when came to call
Her fragrance wafted from across the wall,
And the whole mangrove hailed
The sweet singing nightingale
To ask: can we keep your haunting Fifth Note
And still let it freely float?
I wondered if the breeze
Now flowing in some ease
Can freeze all her fragrance
O to let her memories enhance.
