Lost In Love - Poem by Nicholas McKimmy

I’m lookin’ at her, staring in awe
I’m wondering where my life is going
But not sure what I just saw
I want her to be mine, no time to linger
Was it my future wife?
Puttin’ that ring on her finger
She’s my top priority
That one in a million girl
Beautiful girls like her are a minority
Lemme get in that tux, and you get in that dress
I’ll meet you at the altar, and share my vows
A gentleman like me is bound to impress
Love for you is what I crave
My heart is a puzzle and you’re the missing piece
I wanna be with you til I’m put in the grave
My heart is torn everyday I’m without you
Let me show you this love before it’s too late
I just have to figure out a way how to…
