Lost Mh 370 Poem by Paul Sebastian

Lost Mh 370

Rating: 5.0

For days on end I await your return
Numbed by the events that turned
Where can you be my precious son?
I shall wait yet another day's set of sun
Lost in this mire, can my breaking heart endure?
Days I wait for a few crumbs of news to reassure
I cannot eat nor sleep; high anxiety is wearing me
I walk about like one who's mad; kindred give sympathy

Hourly, I offer prayers for a find by some miracle
How long more do I bear this mysterious debacle?
My mind shroud in darkness, is groping for an answer.
Wonder how you are, my son! Is your coming, nearer?
Oh God of Mercy, help me get this day to pass
If not, let this crawling silent night be my last!

Oh God, give me hope for one more day
I believe, in time, Your love would display
Your glory and faithfulness to the lost 329
Your ways are unfathomable, for you are divine
I pray for this long night to quietly slip
In Your safe hands, I peacefully sleep.

It was not only our nation mourning but it was pain felt all over the world. Plane lost is still a mystery! Relatives are still grieving. Sad.
