Love And Hatred - Poem by Danielle Assouline

Love...it's so amazing, so powerful, so pure. A strong feeling for and/or from another person. If I didn't have love for my family, I would think that it was too good to be true. I believe that love is infinite, never-ending, you will always have more to give, and never run out. It's an amazing thing to love, and even more to be loved.
When you love another it means that you care so much for them and want only good for them that it creates love. When someone loves you, it's an overwhelming feeling because you know that there is someone there for you-that cares about you, that listens to you, that thinks about you, and is just there whenever you need them. You love there uniqueness, too.

Hatred...also a strong feeling for and/or from another person, but not at all like love. Hatred is a powerful word and emotion. If you have hateful feeling toward someone, you must analyze your thoughts and feelings.
Then, ask yourself why you have these thoughts and feelings toward this person. Why you just want to scream out loud at them, why you wish to hurt them, and why you wish bad for them. It's very hard to overcome your feelings of hatred to this person. You would rather do anything else than something that could help that person. Remember-communication is the key to conflict resolution.

I had to give this a 9 and a very high recommendation. It was written better than most thing I read and it was sincere and well considered. A mature writing.
