Love In Vain Poem by Dorsey Baker

Love In Vain

Strong winds blow
and rivers rage
all because of the pain
When love is in vain

Its a December night
in the month of June
Roses won't turn red
and they refuse to bloom
When love is in vain

You can't dream the nightmare
and you can't imagine the pain
When love is in vain
