So close,
Yet so far away.
In your hands,
My heart will always stay
Keep me safe,
And keep me warm.
Hand so strong,
It is easy to hurt and bruise
Thow I know
You always handle me gently
Never a scratch nor blemish
Will come from you
But let me protect
You in return
I will not see you
crash and burn
Let me hold you
When you're upset
Let me rock you till you're calm
Let me care
O Love O my life
Let me be yours
As much
As you are mine
Let no wall stand between
Let nothing come before
