Love's Logical End Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Love's Logical End

Rating: 5.0

No one may be able to define what is called love
Person may float on the water like dove
He may not be certain or for sure
Will that be simple attachment, sacred or pure?

Basic instinct may remind her of grave danger
She may prove honest emissary and love manager
She may rule as queen in lonely kingdom
Love may infuse new lease of life out of boredom

She may dominate and swear in
It may be combination of intelligence and brain
Love is blind but may not eclipse
She may always greet but never point out lapses

Nothing likes to rule than to be ruled
Not to be pushed but always to be pulled
Gravitational pull may simply work here
It will strengthen the bond as you will remain dear

You had dreamt or desired it as fish
Remained in sea bed with simple wish
You may find it as natural gold
Soon to find place in lover’s hold

We will make it as heaven on soil
Win the hearts with smooth sail
Moon should feel jealous and hide the face
Seek refuge in clouds and go out of race

I may not survive to see it longer
You may dominate and emerge as stronger
True lovers can prove to be good friend
Can we make it memorable with logical end?

Is it gamble, infatuation, love or lust?
Should it not have something special and must?
We should rise above and uphold the real value
Then only it may find right place and due

Love is not blind - it sees more, not less. But because it sees more, it is willing to see less.

bye bye... bye bye 01 January 2010

Love is a mistery... nothing to do with our logical side... love is impossible to grasp... when you feel you can capture love, it´s probably already gone.... I liked the original lines 'You had dreamt or desired it as fish Remained in sea bed with simple wish'

A very different angle on the nature of love. I read it through a few times and found a different shade of meaning each time. A pleasure to read!

Logically the love is induction from soul but poet is not fully conceived the full meaning of love and has given the deduction/reduction to the love with his words..... We should rise above and uphold the real value.... Then only he/she may find right place and due
