Love yourself
Because you have to
Because you need to
Because you must do it
For yourself
Love yourself
Because it is your duty
Because it is what you deserve
Because no one can love you
More than you
Love yourself
Because life is not always kind
Because others can't love you
The way you love them
Because it is the way to love others
Love yourself
Because you can only learn
To love others unconditionally
When you have selflove
I give 3 1/2 (call it 4) stars for the poem, but I don't necessarily agree with your words. Love is too limiting a word, meaning different things to different people, I'm sure. And I think one may 'love' others without 'loving' themselves and vice versa. bri : )
