Spongy spring
Is sure to bring
The air of new life
After a chill strife
The flowers are
Waiting to smile
And earth to be fertile
The colours wait to sprinkle
A smiley twinkle
All paths look the path
Of passionate zeal
And affectionate feel
The birds are musical
And flowers are magical
Spreading
Heavenly fragrance
The shy buds whisper
Their secret of
Sweet temper
The blue heaven
Aspires to embrace
The earth’s grace
