My path may be long or short
My wishes may be right or wrong
I have begun this journey years ago
I have to go on singing life's song

My song may be sad or happy
My world may be dark or white
I have walked miles since my birth
I have to go on to seek the divine light

My soul may be dirty or pure
My body may be healthy or unfit
Moments of my life are rife with pain
Songs of love and peace I always write

My views may be true or false
My heart may be weak or strong
I am born with a determination that
For peace and love I won't do any wrong
