I looked to heaven
And thought of God.
He looked upon earth
And thought of me.

Our eyes meet.
He gave a nod.
And oh for a love
That was meant to be.

From His smile,
I could plainly see
His approval
Concerning me.

I love the Father,
And He loves me.
And oh for a love
That was meant to be.
