東皋嶺上松濤吼
西子湖中野鴨閑
閱盡春秋掄筆墨
追崇孔孟繼儒賢

Memory Of History

In the Donggao Ridge
the wind in the pines roaring

In the Xizi Lake
the wild ducks are leisurely

Read all the history
waving pen and ink

Following and respecting Kong and Meng
confucian scholars inheriting
