Mimosa Tree Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Mimosa Tree

Rating: 5.0

It was an awful dream
That I dreamt last night,
I reached the Mimosa tree in the faraway land,
But as I touched its leaves,
I found these had lost the natural instinct,
The leaves did not fold in response to my touch,
It was an ominous thing,
These had lost the shyness,
I knew what had happened,
The wicked devils had destroyed these.
