Mirrors. - Poem by Mooshelle Peters

Inventions of cruelty placed on this Eath
To show off our blemishes and zits
Show off our split ends
A big crooked nose
But I do not care about this
I'm sick of hearing how you hate your life
You see yourself as ugly
If we rid this world of that ugly glass
That shows off our reflection
You'd see yourself as the beauty you are
& see me as a beast.
