Missing Link Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Missing Link

Waiting silently for the touch of your hand on mine, your lips kissing mine, feeling the thrill of your love as its being remembered in the silence of what was once the beauty of reality in time.

Wanting to gaze into your eyes once again, taking this heart across borders of another time in the fascination we had for each other, reclaiming all that was ours, but now the missing link is you my love, gone forever from this world.
