Misty Valley Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Misty Valley

Rating: 5.0

The mist lay low on the valley,
Above it the sky was blue,
And there in the meadows,
The cows grazed away,
One gave a mighty loud moo.
And there in the distance,
A buzzard appears,
Looking for tasty treats,
He sits on the wooden fence post,
His landing so perfect, so neat.
Nature is all around us,
It's there for the eye to see,
A perfect start,
To a splendid day,
So special i must agree.
