Mobilizing The Human Race Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Mobilizing The Human Race

A mobilizing,
To erase a devastation takes...
Everyone of the human race.

A threatening epidemic,
To believe it faked.
Has left too many people,
Leaving death to face.

Forget entitlements.
Or who deserves them more to get.
This epidemic,
Is serious and not faked.

Forget division.
And conflicts to create.
This epidemic,
Is serious and not faked.

You need me.
As much as I need you.
Forget entitlements.
What sense does that make.

An epidemic spreading is not faked.
Forget division.
And the conflicts this creates.
It's time to mobilize the human race.
You need me,
As much as I need you.
Forget entitlements what sense does that make.

A mobilizing to erase a devastation takes,
Everyone,
Of the human race.
You need me as much as I need you.
Forget entitlements what sense does that make.
You need me,
As much as I need you.
Forget entitlements to know the suffering,
From heartbreak.
Forget entitlements to know the suffering,
From heartbreak!
