Moments That Can Fill A Lifetime
Moments that can fill a lifetime
With such intensity in lively lasting,
And empty years that form a lifetime
Without a trace behind are passing.
In the end, my life is formed of moments
Carried preciously in future's lengths.
From time to time, I turn the page:
My favourite chapter of my book!
Those treasured moments seem like ages:
Yet, so full of life and fresh their look!
And nothing else can please me better,
More than what my mind remembers.
When doom and gloom my present is,
When a hopeless darkness is my horizon,
I live back a life in sparkly pages,
And those moments my life brighten:
The nostalgia for Yesterday,
Becomes the sunshine of my day!
