Monkey Puzzle Poem by Geoffrey Fafard

Monkey Puzzle

Cussum points out
The Monkey Puzzle tree
Planted especially
So that Monkeys cannot climb
Because of inverted spines
And sharp edges on all branches
So they move of course
To the far end of the garden
Where they eat every Peach
From her prize tree!
