Moonlight On The Rose Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Moonlight On The Rose

Rating: 5.0

a vase on the windowsill
and I'm gazing at the moon
whose radiant pearly beams
dazzle rose petals

fragrance awakes my senses
midway from sunset to dawn
and the moon's my only friend
in glittering night

I am loving the nightlife
in my room of the full moon
sleepless but for these moments
of quiet beauty

I love your beautiful description of moonlit night and beautiful night me and myself enjoying the scintillating light...this is awesome. Beautiful. Just love it flowing as your words pour down

As a child, I loved to gaze at the moon as it lulled me to sleep. Thank you so much.
