Moreover... Poem by Fallen Too Far

Moreover...

Rating: 5.0

She is an angel
At least, that's what she used to be
She lies in a pile of glittering glass
Sparkling on the ground
So beautiful.
So real.
Her heart lies beside her
Beating, pulsing life
The funny thing is that
It is not a part of her anymore
But she is
So beautiful.
So real.
Many walk by
And they want to touch her
To hold her delicate form close
But she's really not so beautiful
Once the sun gets scraped away
By the shadows of what's real
So they dropp her
Laughing at themselves for being so foolish
But she doesn't care anymore.
Besides, if you're dropped once,
You're shattered forever
But see, the problem is that
Maybe
She wasn't dropped
But instead jumped.
Either way,
It's too late.

Ah, but there is redemption, even for Fallen Angels....and shattered pieces can be put together again, even if a bit tattered...there is hope for all the Fallen Ones.
