! Most Difficult Decision - Poem by Linda Ori

How do I decide
Something undecidable -
Tears me up inside;

How am I to choose?
Can't I have the best of both -
Either way, I lose;

Please don't pressure me
For an answer I can't give -
Love - just let it be.

    You write from the heart Linda and such honesty enables you to reach and move your readers, who, though they might not write so revealingly, can't help but read with their hearts open. Such decisions can only be judged by the outcome of the choice made, and even then, can we be sure that heartbreak means we should have made the other choice? Or does time really tell? I don't know. An agonising scenario. They tend not to resolve themselves happily I've found. xxx jim (Report)Reply

    There is only one decision and it is the one you make when you sit quietly alone with your legs folded, your palms together and your fingers pointed and centered under your nose as if in prayer....relax, ask and the answer will be true. (Report)Reply

    A predicament in which many find themselves, few of whom are able to express it so succincly and elegantly. t x (Report)Reply
