Mother, Child, And Hope. - Poem by DAVID GERARDINO

one hundred degrees in the shade,
sits a child crying for peace, her
tears hit the soil, making flowers
grow, and trees filled with leafves.
she is hope, she is love, she is
a sister and brother to the lost
and found.one hundred degrees
in the shade, sits a child filled
with hope and wonder.
