Mother May
I come from the brown fields to graze my sheep.
Into meadows of the westward, while spring wind
Appeared with her pledged word, but there was
No other way for a single woman to mingle
With the men, and I said with a tearful eye
To Mother May, 'Guard my veil with yours for another day.
And, I said: with My tearful- Eye to mother May----endearing expression!
