You are the one, who gave me life,
You are the one, who taught me to live,
You are the one, who shouted at me when I was wrong,
You are the one, who helped me when my days were bad.

You thought me what life was,
You thought me the ways of people,
You thought me when to react
You thought me how to react ….

You were there when I was sad,
You were there when I was very happy,
You were the one I would look upon,
You were the one I wanted to please.

Your happiness was my aim in life.
Your sadness would make me sad.
Your teachings I tried to follow,
Your blessings I always want,

You are my inspiration,
You are my role model,
You are my back bone..
I am always dependent on you.
Mum without you I am all lost.
