Lilly Rose

Musican's Expression - Poem by Lilly Rose

Your fingers play upon the frets.
She is your lover.
The Musician's Expression.
You look so stunning
With the world in your hands.
So relaxed. So real.
So genuinely perfect.
I melt as you
Caress her lovingly.
No, I'm not jealous
Of her beauty, of her love.
I love her, too.
She brings you a smile
Steadies your trembling hands.
Dear Musician,
Play that entrancing melody.
The one that flows from your heart,
Through your lovely lady.
Play for something more
Than the light of day.
