My Canadian Chronicles 23
Woke up this morning
feeling a twinge of regret
with only five days left
of the most wonderful holiday
that my wife and I have ever had.
The people we have met
are now friends forever
and there will be sadness
when we have to leave them
and make our journey home.
We can only hope
in the not to distant future
we will get the chance
to meet up together again.
