Relentless Winter lays itself white
Far below the mountains spires
Muted tones of off white and grey
Linger near a warming fire;
Hearthside altars of a family nest
'Neath a cathedral ceiling cabin in the wood
Struggles to burn and linger it's warmth
In the silver white frosty wooded neighborhood;
