My God-Given Inner Light. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

I feel the presence of light in me.
It is my God-given inner light.

It emanates from my beautiful self.
It is the purity of my inner self.
It is my desire that this light
grows day in day out in me.

I shall do all that I can so that
this light turns into flames of love.

I just do not care what
others think about me.

I shall go forward
accepting myself
just as I am
with all my woes
and beauty.
