When I lost you, I cried with a cry
That the glacier melted along with my heart
And it went up straight
To the throne of grace where my father dwells
My heart offered its prayers on the altar
To my Lord and my God
He collected it in the golden bowl
And it's aroma pleased Him
The river of water, bright as crystal
That flows from His throne
Along with a drop of His love
Filled my heart, soul and spirit
Now my heart sing with joy
Full of love, praise and peace
To my father and my God
The lover of my soul
Another poem that begins with a cry and ends with a praise! Great!
Your poems are beautfull as well as marvelous blended with HIS grace. My ten plus
