My Heart Responds Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

My heart responds

7: 20 PM

In the dead silence
I seize the chance
and think at once
have I to think it from distance?

No, no, my heart responds
and sends
jubilant signals
with the opening of petals

nothing appeals
but forces me to feel it real
it never happened this before
I feel joyous and feel no sore

love delights but with affection
that really builds emotions
the things move like picture scene
attachment makes it unheard or unseen

no other things remain in mind
but only voice and its echo to find
the place in ear drums
and leave with scented perfume

is it different?
i fail to present
its real impact
but accept the fact
