My Hot Boy Poem by Paula Glynn

My Hot Boy

He sends my pulse racing,
And makes my heart beat faster,
Being without him would make my life a disaster.
He has opened my eyes to my heart,
And makes me feel on a high without drugs.

He has the most sexy body I've ever seen on a male,
This love just for his heart: not for sale.
We spend nights together, talking and kissing,
And he eases my occasional blues.
He gives me a voice to sort out my troubles,
And his kisses are special and sweet.

It is hard to believe he used to be a stranger,
And I know I cannot live without his love,
And we share this time now,
That it will be written in history.

He is so adventurous and makes me, too,
And when I cry, he makes me a cup of tea.
He tells me everything is going to be alright.
And he doesn't give up on me or hurt me;
But he is honest and knows how to show his love,
Because he is my hot boy: a young man,
With brains and a heart so big, it swallows me whole.

I cannot get enough of him; although life is not perfect,
But we fight together to save each other from the storm,
And together we are strong in a world that can go so wrong,
Our love a safety boat in stormy weather,
This special bond to last forever:
Even through troubles and death.
