My Restoration Poem by Lorena Lalen Cruz

My Restoration

The peak of the mountain
I shall soon reach
To scream out all the rain
And remove the stabbing leech

There I can say it all
The reason of my sorrows
The thing that made me fall
And the agony that flows

To remove the choking hatred
To have a very deep sigh
To unveil the ones unsaid
And the truth between life's cry

To drain my vanity
To gain more dignity
To blame nobody
Only the act of destiny

I shall reach the mountain top
For me to raise my sword
For my innocence to stop
For myself to be restored

The beauty of self-healing when the leeches and parasites are gone...wonderfully expressed in a personally customized and beautiful poem. Great piece, keep writing!

The new beginning, the cleansing of the mind. Admire your attitude. Forget the past, get up to a good start. You are what you want to be. Best wishes.......
